Kris was amazing. I saw a used jeep in their online presence over the weekend in my price range and stopped in between my husband's doctor visits Monday to have a look and drive it (we live 90 miles no presence over the weekend in my price range and stopped in between my husband's doctor visits Monday to have a look and drive it (we live 90 miles north of Great Falls). I caught Kris in the lot while driving though, he found the vehicle and let me take for a test drive. 4 hours later I drove it home. This was a great experience. Lithia took my POS tank for a trade to bring the price into the range I REALLY wanted to pay for the model I had chosen. Set me up with affordable financing with my crappy credit (hopefully this will go a long ways to improving that). Kris even took my husband over to the afternoon appointment so I could finish the paperwork. Best part, got home without my iHome portable bluetooth speaker, texted Kris and a fellow sales buddy is looking one last time for it in the POS tank, just in case... Thank You Kris!
