Con artists I bought a used older truck from them so yeah I expect to get what I paid for. I put 3,000 down on it . They told me the sale price was $19999 I doubl I bought a used older truck from them so yeah I expect to get what I paid for. I put 3,000 down on it . They told me the sale price was $19999 I double checked that when I signed the papers and he pointed to the spot where it said that amount. When I got my paperwork from the bank my loan was for $19050. They told me I would get tires, free oil changes for life, new brakes and a new windshield. Come to find out they charged me $950 for the oil changes and added on a bunch of other stuff so my $20,000 truck ended up costing me almost $23,000. Do not trust Rich Janzer or the manager Jesse Brannon who puts words in your mouth. I agreed to a $1,000 down he told me it had to be $3,000 to make the deal go through and then they pocketed it on all the bonus stuff I was getting for free! I went back to the dealer and they claimed that they never said that the oil changes were free but my 18yr old daughter was with me as well and she said that is exactly what they said. They did give me back my $950 for the oil changes and when I told them that their finance manager Roy Cochran told me I was required to have gap insurance. They told me that was not true so they refunded my loan another $800 and some dollars. As all of this is going on Jesse asked me if they make things right if I could please delete this review as he has a subscription to this website and was already alerted to the fact that his name was mentioned in a review. They put the new brakes on the truck. As I was driving home from this visit at 75 mph the turbo in the truck started to overheat. I once again called and talked to Jesse and asked him if he would take the truck back. He told me he could not do that and that he would find me a more reliable vehicle to trade for straight across. He told me he has to check their inventory and he would get back to me. The truck that they picked out was nice. I asked them if it was straight across and they said yes! I then told them that my dad and I would be down to look at it that day (we live 110 miles from there). All of a sudden I'm told that he thought he was texting someone else who also wants that truck and that was why he answered yes to the straight across question. He told me that my payments would go up another $100 a month for the truck. Did I mention that I was buying the truck to haul my 5th wheel. Now I have an over priced truck that is not reliable as I can't even do the speed limit without it overheating (which never happend until after its visit to the shop for brakes), a 5h wheel I can't use and I am out $20 grand. Thank alot Lithia for the wonderful experience as I will make sure to share this with everone I know! More
