This dealership does not stand behind its product. I have a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the radio INTERMITTENTLY locks up, when that happens I can’t use the heat and being in Montana we need the heat, t have a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the radio INTERMITTENTLY locks up, when that happens I can’t use the heat and being in Montana we need the heat, the radio will not reset itself until you turn it on and off multiple times. However SAM in service told me that they will not warranty the radio unless he see’s it fail. OMG 46k for a car and they can’t fix or replace a bad radio!! Our family has nothing but Jeeps but this will be the very last one we buy!! Sam also treated me like a bloody idiot….SHAME ON YOU JEEP!!! More
