Had my daughters 2016 Dodge Dart thermostat replaced under warranty. Took the car home and noticed a week later that it was leaking radiator fluid. It never had a hose leak prior to the thermostat repai under warranty. Took the car home and noticed a week later that it was leaking radiator fluid. It never had a hose leak prior to the thermostat repair. Scheduled it for service and took it in. Got a call midday that it had a bad upper radiator hose, but that it was not covered. Went in and talked to the service advisor and said it wasn’t a broken hose it just leaks and we won’t cover it. I explained that it didn’t have a hose leak until the thermostat was replaced and the service tech must have damaged the hose fixing the thermostat he kinda went silent and said they wouldn’t fix it without charging me. Asked for the service manager and was told he wasn’t there would be back in a week. Asked for someone in charge and was told there was no one. Asked for service managers card and I got the assistant service managers business card. They damaged a hose fixing the thermostat and wanted me to pay. I had the car serviced two weeks prior and it never leaked. Very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone. More
