Went in for new tires that were purchased by the Elks Lodge, after an initial misstep with the wrong tires for my van, the Service team reordered the correct type. We'll, after a couple of hours I started to get concerned that we weren't finished, when I spoke with Kris at the service counter I found that the Techs observed my brakes were bad, and the GM Scott had them ordered. At no expense to me. Another hour or so goes by and still not done, spoke to Kris again, he explained that my rotors needed to be replaced also. Which they also ordered and replaced. New bearings, seals, rotors and brakes all replaced. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to all the Lithia Dodge employees involved in providing us with this awesome gift. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you made and old Marine very happy and tear up. More

Not a great experience I went in Jan 27, 2020 and bought a new Dodge Journey. Anna George was my sales rep. She was very kind and polite. The car I bought was "in transit" to be here within 2 weeks. Now I asked if the car I bought had remote start. Was told yes. It does not. I really wanted a car that had this, so I was excited. Also I was under the impression that the car seats were electric. They are not. Its a manual lever system to move up and down, etc. Now the car did not show up in 2 weeks...took 7 weeks. It got stuck in port, which I totally understand is out of their control. However, not once did I get updates with them calling or texting me. It was me who did the calling and constant texting to find out where my car was. Or showing up at dealership. Now after 4 weeks, they did give me a service car until mine arrived. They also paid for my first month payment that was due 3/12 as my car was still stuck in port and I was not going to pay on a car I didn't even have yet. Now I did trade in my 2005 Ford Escape XLT. The car was in good shape. Needed new alternator and oil change, and the normal wear and tear being 15 years old. I did not have my car with me at the time, so I was given $1000 for trade in. Now I find my car on Autonation at $5900 just reduced to $4900. Seriously?!? I understand businesses are in it to make a profit, but stop screwing the hard working people. I did say I should get at least $1500-$2000. Guess I didnt assert myself enough as I'm not a b**ch. Needless to say, wasn't a great experience. More

Great customer service in the Service department, quality work done but don't expect to get into a washed car after it's serviced unless your spending money on a major service. I prepaid for lifetime Full Synthetic oil changes and apparently I didn't spend enough for them to throw in a free car wash each time I bring my car in for service. That's upsetting to me because this is the 3rd vehicle purchased here and each time I bought the high end lifetime oil changes. I guess that doesn't mean much. Seriously thinking of purchasing my next vehicle where my purchase is appreciated more. I normally buy a different vehicle every 3 to 4 years and i know other dealerships appreciate return customers. Don't get me wrong, the sales men, managers, finance personnel and service department are very customer friendly, but I expected to get that much appreciated exterior wash on my vehicle after servicing it. Very Disappointed!!!! More
