Very disappointing. We confirmed a 2 pm advanced meeting only to be left in the waiting area for 90 minutes before signing paperwork. Our sales person was working multiple car deals while trying to show up only to be left in the waiting area for 90 minutes before signing paperwork. My experience with these guys is very very good they listen to me and don’t just go by diagnostics and they asked me what the problem is and they asked me how what I want to do like I just I’m going to listen to me and don’t just go by diagnostics and they asked me what the problem is and they asked me how what I want to do like I just I’m going to get some parts because I have the capability of changing them out myself they did a diagnostic and I’m doing the parts which is wonderful it saves me money and they’re OK with that. They are very helpful. Sometimes seem very stiff or dry at first but 180 degrees opposite by the time the spot is over. I like em. More
