I called Friday afternoon to set up a test drive appointment for the specific Grand Cherokee I was looking for, had an appointment with Jeff Boone at 9:30am Saturday, and was out the door with my new GC before noon...including test drive, running sale numbers, negotiating my trade-in, and doing paperwork with Finance. Couldn't have been easier! Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Be sure to ask for him to help you. I also really appreciated the "no pressure" approach Josh (Finance) took to going through add-on options and letting me choose what was right for me. More

Very disappointing. We confirmed a 2 pm advanced meeting only to be left in the waiting area for 90 minutes before signing paperwork. My experience with these guys is very very good they listen to me and don’t just go by diagnostics and they asked me what the problem is and they asked me how what I want to do like I just I’m going to listen to me and don’t just go by diagnostics and they asked me what the problem is and they asked me how what I want to do like I just I’m going to get some parts because I have the capability of changing them out myself they did a diagnostic and I’m doing the parts which is wonderful it saves me money and they’re OK with that. They are very helpful. Sometimes seem very stiff or dry at first but 180 degrees opposite by the time the spot is over. I like em. More
