First rate service!! Took our 2012 T&C minivan to the “other” dealership and said everything was great! Took it to my personal mechanic and they found the issue and Lithia confirmed it was a known issue “other” dealership and said everything was great! Took it to my personal mechanic and they found the issue and Lithia confirmed it was a known issue and covered by a service bulletin and had it repaired in less than a week! And provided a free rental as well. These folks will have my business from now on! HIGHLY recommend them! Especially Julie in the service department. More

The service department is helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable about the products they apply the paperwork to. This dealership isn't my favorite. Every visit has one issue or another. Either someone tells me some bs about my car, harasses me about the car I drive or talks to me like I'm a complete idiot. I ask them to do something and when the job is "complete " I have to ask to make sure it really was completed- the last visit it wasn't. And again, the excuses start flowing. Oh and whenever I get this survey, no one ever responds. They just make it really hard to not be a total Karen! More

This was our 2nd car in 10 days there. We got little used car for my daughter and New Jeep for my wife. Jennifer, our sales person, was just awesome with both purchases. Would not recommend. I have bought over a dozen vehicles and this was the worst experience. Celina told me there were no issues with the exterior before I gave her my card to purchase it as we are 4 hrs awa and this was the worst experience. Celina told me there were no issues with the exterior before I gave her my card to purchase it as we are 4 hrs away.. Showed up 3 days later and found that there were large chips on drivers side, on top of hood and the previous owner had scraped against something as it was scratched on the passenger side. No effort was taken to clean car before selling it. The inside was not detailed, cup holder had melted candy, which was also on the dial, ketchup on ceiling and glove compartment is filthy. Jeff took it to detail and they used paint pens for the chips and tried to buff out scratches. Interior they got rid of the ketchup. Everything else was still there. They took $300 off the price I paid and was supposed to mail us an extra paint pen but now Jeff won't return my messages so I doubt that will happen. On the way home, we discovered one side of the headlights were burnt out. And to top it off they sent us with a 3 day temporary sticker stating 5/12/12. Its 2020!!! I don't even want to give this dealership one star. I recommend you not buy a car from them and check it over carefully as they didn't even fill the windshield wiper fluid. They pretty much took the car on trade and washed it. More
