There was a loud noise coming from a leak in the seal of the windshield. The maintenance staff could not locate the problem, so I researched it and found it myself. Once I returned it took a bit over a week the windshield. The maintenance staff could not locate the problem, so I researched it and found it myself. Once I returned it took a bit over a week to get the windshield sealed. It seemed like a long time, but Jordan was great and his communication is excellent. My experience at Lithia wasn’t perfect, but it was good, and I felt that the staff made a genuine effort to solve my problem. I would recommend this shop and return for future repairs. More
