Pleasant safety/diagnostic work. I went to this dealership to get some safety recall work done and get some word as to why my vehicle had a check engine light on. When I arrived, no o I went to this dealership to get some safety recall work done and get some word as to why my vehicle had a check engine light on. When I arrived, no one greeted me at the car, but after going in, I was treated well by a service advisor who checked me in and addressed my concerns. I mentioned a few smaller notes, and she was very attentive in listening to my concerns. She let me know it would be a minute, but made sure to politely explain that I would be dealing with another female service advisor at the end of the work. The waiting room consists of a little corner of the showroom tucked away by the parts counter with stale coffee, vending machines, decent seats, and absolutely NOWHERE to plug in your phone while you wait. I'll at least say the area is clean, and the merch they have for sale by parts, while sparse, is well organized and clean. The waiting area was definitely the most lackluster part of the entire experience. As a reference point, the Nissan dealer in Spokane Valley has cookies, an individualized Keurig coffee machine, and a fridge full of cold water. As another reference point, a Ford dealer in NW Las Vegas, NV has donuts brought in from a local business along with a small store in the dealer from which to source anything from a snack to a whole sandwich. Not saying that Lithia FCA is a terrible dealer, but I'm sure the Mopar owners would appreciate a dealer that cared a bit more about the amenities, considering the biggest profit center for most dealerships is the service center... Moving on, when I went to check on the status of my vehicle, I found it was already done. The other service advisor was well informed, didn't aggressively pressure me into getting work done (BIG PLUS), but politely informed me of what the vehicle needed done, and also the status of the safety recalls. Both service advisors I dealt with were great! Very professional, and easy to work with and talk to! Overall, 7.5/10. 10/10 for the service advisors, and 4/10 for the waiting area. I would definitely go here again, and recommend Lithia FCA over its across town rival! Some carbs and some outlets in the waiting area would go a long way toward making the area nicer to be in. Side note: I went ahead and walked the lot, just to see what inventory was on sale. I get that in Spokane, most of your sales are SUV's/RAM vehicles. I get that FIAT products are... challenging to move. That said, it would've been nice to see a Fiat 124 Spider(Spyder?) somewhere on the lot. It's so hard to see any FCA dealer carry them here in the NW. More
have a brand new 2018 ram truck. Has been on for WAY to many warranty issues. Spoke to manager of sales and gen man. On phone. Wanted to get in on 0interest. Told me had to come in that day or can not help me. I am a nurse for VA in the COVID unit, told him I work 12’s 6 days a week and cood not come in that day before noon. So I’m out. Wished we had not ever bout $65,000 in 2 vehicles that 12-12-18 date. Never had so many issues with new vehicles , have been lied to more than once by the service staff. after he tried to strong arm me in and told me no can help me as the special was ending. Itthe 0 % interest is still going on. So again treated like xxxx from upper management. Just wished we had turned that lemon of antruck in right away and been done. Your manager there still has not contacted me as a customer that needed help and said they could help me with a new truck at zero %interest. He did say that he would give me a good trade in and no more money off of the truck we wanted which now is 5k less than the day we wanted to buy it. So sad the management that bullies a woman and won’t show respect for a nurse that works her xxx off. He wouldn’t even extend the 0% interest until the next frikin day. Was not able to identify the issue as it had started working again prior to arriving to the appt. Staff was friendly but not incredibly helpful since the issue wasn’t identified. Had to take my cell phone to see if that was the issue. Was told when arriving that if the issue was found to not be a defect with the car that I would have to pay the diagnostic fee. I’ve never had any dealerships prior to this one do that. Not super impressed with the dealership. More
