Tech did not do a thorough job, still has the same issue. Very frustrating. Told rep the tech will need to test drive to warm up in order for the issue to show. Had just bought my car there and found my key fob would not unlock my trunk. Told them about it and they sent me to the service department. Told the counter person and he asked if he could take it in the b not unlock my trunk. Told them about it and they sent me to the service department. The Service Dept. understood my vehicle issue. They had to order a part (the UConnect radio unit) and did so promptly and notified me when it came in. Service writer guy is named Yuri, I believe. I had some issues with a used vehicle I purchased here that was a different brand than they sell/service. They told me to take the vehicle home to my local dealership and get it fixed, and they’d cover th that was a different brand than they sell/service. I understand mechanical issues can happen with used vehicles, not much you can do about that. They were true to their word and covered the repair costs for me. Wasn’t overly convenient but I appreciate them doing what they said they would. More
