I called in on the 23rd of August to get my Ford in for an oil change and tire rotation. The earliest they could do was September 9th, I said not a problem and we set an appointment up for 10am. I show up and they don’t have an appointment for me and there busy so I just have to wait till they can fit me in. I live 30-45 mins from here and have other thing to do before we leave town for work in two days so now I’m out of options but to sit and wait. we paid for the lifetime oil change and let me tell you I would never do that again! It’s hard to get the car in and then to find out they didn’t even put me down. The Ford we purchased has been awesome but we have never had a great experience with Lithia since we got the car.
