I'm 50 years old and have never left a bad review. However, thought others may benefit from this- The Good: I purchased a nice used car at a great price (especially from a dealer). The Bad: - 3 stars- The windshield was cracked on purchase. While negotiating the deal, the salesman and the sales manager told me that the windshield could be repaired, offered a discount, and said they would have it repaired. (My contract stated the windshield would be "fixed"). After the windshield was inspected by a glass company and deemed unrepairable, I contacted my salesperson several times. Each time I was told he would call me back tomorrow with an answer but no one called. I called the sales manager twice and was told he was on the phone. I was told he would call me back. Again no returned call. When I went into the dealership to complain in person, the Sales Manager told me he was already over budget on the sale of the vehicle. "Unfortunately " there was nothing he could do. Really?! Both the salesman and the sales manager knew the price of the vehicle when they sold it to me. The contract states the windshield would be fixed and I went by their word. At the end of the day stand by your word and have the decency to return a paying customers phone calls. I'm sure you can find a reasonable deal through Litha Spokane but be sure to have everything taken of before they get your money. Don't go by their word! More
