I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 years ago from this dealership. Not that long after purchasing the radio sounded very bad and would make popping noises. I took my vehicle back multiple times from this dealership. Not that long after purchasing the radio sounded very bad and would make popping noises. I took my vehicle back multiple times to the service department and continued to have the same problems. Eventually the problems got worse where my radio would freeze and volume was totally off. Some days it would work some days it didn’t. I took the vehicle back in and had the service guy call me and tell me since they couldn’t duplicate it and there was nothing they could do. He also began to tell me I needed the Uconnect service plan in order to get Bluetooth and going on about how I didn’t have XM radio subscription either. Not addressing any of my concerns. I pleaded with him that I have had issues with my radio for two years now and I am tired of this not getting it resolved. I asked to speak with the manager or anyone that could help me escalate this. He refused and said he was the one to talk with and his manager was out of town. Very rude and belittling. He gave me no choice but to hang up with him and reach out to the General Manager of the dealership. The general manager was helpful and seemed very concerned about my issue. He was able to escalate and order a new radio. I have had nothing but great experiences with the dealership but the one seed in the service department made for a terrible experience. More

Got in truck to leave, engine didn’t run right lot of hesitation, decided to give it time to clear itself. 3 stop on way home each time starting up same thing! Got home asked if I could bring it back NEXT week. I said no I gave you 1/2 day today. On hold, can you bring it back tomorrow. Back next day. Got a call 4 hours later, ready to go. Now hesitation is only when cool or cold engine!?!? Please help me!!! More
