Have had nothing but problems with this dealership in sales and especially service. Took my truck in for a Saturday appointment, dropped it off, they call me 30 minutes later and tell me they can’t fix i sales and especially service. This time was my company vehicle and figured a recall should be something they could handle, I guess not. My wife and I as of a couple years ago made the decision not to buy another vehicle from there and definitely not use the service Dept. But because it is only 10 minutes from our house I thought it to be convenient for this recall. I should have known better. 0 out of 10 for this dealership as a whole. More
Horrible service!! Took my Journey in under warranty for transmission issue again for 3 time and was told nothing was wrong and check engine light came back on 2 days after was told nothing was wrong and st transmission issue again for 3 time and was told nothing was wrong and check engine light came back on 2 days after was told nothing was wrong and still shifting horribly!! And was charged 168 for them to fix nothing!! More
This was my first experience using this dealership's service department with my vehicle. I was surprised that an oil change did not come with a tire rotation included with the service. I was charged $30 service department with my vehicle. I was surprised that an oil change did not come with a tire rotation included with the service. I was charged $30 for having my tires rotated which I felt was extremely high. Mini dealerships offer this with their oil change service and feel Lithia should follow suit. More
All the areas were very efficient, Justin greeted and helped direct me where to go, parts (young blonde guy) got right on my duplicate key, and service areas were outstanding!! I have never had a worse experience buying a new vehicle. Your GM Chris DeJulia came out when I asked about the breaking unit missing. The offer sheet then showed they were discounting the truck down to the price that we had assumed from the beginning. That was not impressive. More
