I want to compliment Yasha Ostapenko for his assistance and great service to customers that come in to have their vehicle repaired or serviced. The dealership policy in charging full list price for parts I do not like. As a disabled Veteran I got no discount on my parts. Insurance paid nothing on my bill of over $6800. The reason for the denial was as smart as President Biden border policy. More

I wasn’t welcomed upon arrival. Wasn’t told how long the wait would approximately be. Then after the service I wasn’t even told what was causing my flat tire just simply asked for my credit card. I was charged double for the what I was quoted without explanation other than “you were told wrong”. This isn’t the first time I have had my vehicle in for service and both times it has been an awful experience. Pretty sad considering the amount of money we spent on our vehicle at that location. I will never do business here besides my oil changes since I purchased them for life with the sale of the vehicle. I also purchased a used vehicle at Lexus and they treat me like gold. I always leave feeling like I had the best experience and a clean vehicle to top it off. This service shop needs some serious customer service review because they have NONE! More
