They did the recall fix, however the engine is still not right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts. The problem is not the transmission, it's in the engine I'm pretty right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts. I simply could not get anyone to pick up a phone or return a phone call. I would call 3-4 times per day and would listen to it ring and ring; rarely anyone would pick up. So when I would give up and l return a phone call. I would call 3-4 times per day and would listen to it ring and ring; rarely anyone would pick up. People are always friendly. Service is good. My only complaint is that they don't offer a loaner car or even a ride when car is being serviced. The last time they did call a Lift for me and my husband a complaint is that they don't offer a loaner car or even a ride when car is being serviced.
