I am not sure how it is completely priced on repairs ect as mine was warranty work but as far as their work......if you gave them less than a 10 you would be lying about it. Of course my needs were simple and some peoples work might be much more involved with much larger issues so its good to state what your experiences are so that others can use them as a guideline.
