I went back and another salesman came right out went over the car with me again. I now have a Trailhawk and a Wrangler that I have bought from Bartons and had a good experience each time. More
Just like any other dealership I went to Barton Dodge over Dishman Dodge because they were a smaller dealership and was told they were a more honest dealership. Well they are just like any other dealership and want to suck as much money out of your pocket as they can. I was told they were positive they could get me out the door at the price I wanted to pay. They did the whole back and forth deal and they finally at a price 2,000 more than I wanted to pay. I was able to get them down to want the top of my loan was. Keep in mind I have a wife and two kids in tow so that is exhausting in it self. Plus the van I was looking at had a dead battery and I was told they would replace which I checked before I left and it was still the same battery. They said there was nothing wrong with it and would replace it if I had problems with it. The fact was I wanted a new battery and not have to worry about driving all the way back out to the dealership if something went wrong. By the end of it all I was pretty pissed off at Derek Mead and the sales manager. So bottom line if you go to this dealership treat it like any other xxxxxxx dealership and go in tough and remain tough. Also don't bring the wife and kids with you. More

Knowing these rigs are very popular and hold great value i assumed I couldn't budge much on price. Well Barton proved me wrong. They were willing to work with me and the crazy numbers my wife brought to the table. The best part is they didn't try and sell me a different vehicle thinking i would change my mind seeing lower payments. They knew what I wanted and did absolutely everything in their power to make it work for me. My family and I a now lifetime customers of Barton and will recommend to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Visited all 3 local RAM dealers; knew exactly what I was looking for to include all of the features. Since Barton was a new Dodge dealer was not sure Visited all 3 local RAM dealers; knew exactly what I was looking for to include all of the features. Since Barton was a new Dodge dealer was not sure they would be able to price and service match the other dealers that have been in business for years. I was mistaken, they not only matched the price they gave me more for my trade than the other 2 dealers. They did not have the exact truck I wanted but found it and had it delivered within a couple of days. They are first class; hands down the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I am in my 50's and have bought 10 new vehicles; the new car manager Chris was very helpful in making the deal go smoothly, ensuring I got everything I wanted. The sales person Bill did a great job of communicating with me and ensuring the process went quick and thorough. The finance manager Mike took the time to explain all of the paperwork, went over the different types of warranties and explained them so I had a good understanding of the whole process. Will definitely buy again from them and will refer friends and family to them. More

I purchased a used challenger from them but only because it was the car I wanted. We went back and forth on price which I guess is to be expected, but I left with them telling me that this is absolutely there bottom price. I went home and got on the Internet and found my car at this dealership advertised online for $600 less than what they told me was their bottom price. I asked my salesman why he didn't offer me the Internet price and he told me they are not allowed to look at Internet pricing with customers. I told some friends about it and they told me that Barton does the same thing with new car pricing. They advertise a price to get you in the door then tell you that you don't qualify for retain rebates and try to make you pay more. Dave Smith is close enough and They ALWAYS beat Barton on price. I will never go to Barton again. More
