My Jeep had the check engine light come on When my Jeeps check engine light came on-I called Scott but he said he could not get me in for another week and it should be ok to drive as long as th When my Jeeps check engine light came on-I called Scott but he said he could not get me in for another week and it should be ok to drive as long as the light stays on. The next day driving home from work, it stalled on me twice. So I called Scott again and he said I could drop it off but they had a heavy schedule for that day. They did not get to it the first day so I got a "loaner car" from the dealership to use to go to work the next day. He called me early afternoon and told me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. I asked him to fix it and he said they hoped to have it done that day. He did call me later in the day and said it was done so I could pick it up when I got off work. I have always had a good experience when they work on my Jeep. Its getting a little old-its a 2002 with about 110,000 miles. They are always willing to explain to me the problems and always say Thank you. I will be a customer for a long time! More

Car had several issues that needed to be repaired but Manager was unwilling to fix more than a few and actually ended up wanting more than the advertised price when all was said and done. We went to a small used dealership and bought a jeep for a lot less money, needs no repairs, looks twice as nice, in a lot better condition (inside and out) and no bull # from the dealer. Thanks Lithia but no thanks for the experience with you. I will never step into a Lithia Dealership again! More
