Service advisor had little to no communication with us even though our car was there for over a week. Service manager tried to make things right, but it was too little too late. Lithia went above and beyond! I was in a bind. Truck troubles were hindering me from going on a planned camping trip. I called and talked to Jason in service who amazingly got me a I was in a bind. He went above and beyond to help determine the problems my truck was having, teamed up with service and stayed past closing on a holiday weekend to get me back on the road safely. Purchase of a BMW Z3 Mike should be rated #1 in sales. Upon my arrival Mike was at the airport waiting for me. A warning light came on during my inspection prior to leaving the dealer. Mike reached out to his service department right away trying to resolve the issue which their service could not do much. Mike went further to assist me with scheduling an appointment at a Lithia BMW dealer in Seattle. He told me their dealer stands behind their product. I have 3 months or 3000 miles warranty. He and the TWO technicians that troubleshot my vehicle demonstrated a REAL detailed and carful understanding of how to diagnose faults. It's easy if it's an oil change or a headlight.
