Trade In & Purchase New 1500 Laramie I had a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie in perfect condition that I traded in for a new 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. I've been a Ford Truck guy since I started drivin I had a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie in perfect condition that I traded in for a new 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. I've been a Ford Truck guy since I started driving in 1972. In 2013 purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie and I can't say enough good about the Ram brand and likely will never go back to Ford. This time, I shopped around at three different Ram deals and decided on Lithia of North Spokane. My sales representative was Sage Caldwell and she was simple outstanding. I like the low pressure approach since I'm a bottom line type and Sage did a good job of reading my style and adapted quickly. I'd also like to mention Emily in the finance group, she was wonderful to work with throughout that part of the transaction too. I recommend you shop Lithia of North Spokane for your next vehicle and ask for Sage Caldwell. More
Under writer disrespectful show some class So we went to just look we had a great sales person very down to earth thank u Derek. We even met Bret a under writermanger guy he seemed pretty cool as well he talked to us about just pulling our credit to see if we could get in the ball park on a dodge ram 3500 we wanted the same price now that we pay, we had some must haves first of all our fifth wheel hitch had to be transfered no cost, then we wanted our air filter we just bought, our universal floor mats and our window guards. However the fifth wheel hitch installation was a deal breaker we told them that before we even sat down to talk about the purchase. So we talked worse case payment on the deal without running credit our payment is 407 that is what we want so they start at 555 we say no way so they finally after back and forth come to 407 and my hubby is about to sign to agree to the deal and I ask wait is everything in there, now don't get me wrong Derek and Bret were great they got it were we wanted our payment after them doing a lot for us, but when Derek went and asked about the fifth wheel hitch he came back and told us nope they won't do it. So like I said deal breaker we have a new 38 ft fifth wheel that is why we wanted a bigger truck ours is a 2500. So we thanked Derek for his time shook his hand. Then I turn and see this other man who is also a under writer walking out of the glass wall room now mind u this room is not enclosed it is a glass room with a open top doesn't reach the ceiling. So anyhow my husband is shaking Derek's hand the heavy set man comes out the office looking directly at me and shaking his head with disapproval (excellent customer service). Then turns right back around goes into the room with Bret and says "oh wow" really loud (like hey buddy we can hear u really couldn't hold ur sarcastic unprofessional opinion of our decision until we left?). Guess what that seals the deal my husband and I would have talked about the purchase and the cost for us to install the hitch. But after being so disrespected by a piece of crap employee who doesn't know us doesn't know our life, bills or financial situation u can take ur truck and shove it. Wow way to show your professional true colors Lithia. So I still would like to compliment Derek and Brett you guys were great thank u for your time and help sorry your co worker lost a 30,000 sale for you. Hope your manager reads this you guys need to be recognized the other gentleman needs to be fired or maybe put in a room that is enclosed so customers don't hear his disrespect and commemts. The reason for my one star rating is one person can certainly ruin a good experience!!!!! More

There is no service department. There is one guy with a pen and pad in the service department. No computers, nothing. And apparently they can NOT do warranty work, only oil changes. So if you buy a Fiat in Spokane, you have to drive it over to Seattle for any warranty work. And this guy that runs the service department never calls back, never even answers his phone. Be aware. Favorite mechanic on duty! I have used this great mechanic since I bought my car new in 2007. He recently moved to Lithia and so I of course followed suit.
