Disappointing Dealt with an inexperienced sales person that lied to us, played games, sold us a car with open work orders, was told we were getting brand new tires, Dealt with an inexperienced sales person that lied to us, played games, sold us a car with open work orders, was told we were getting brand new tires, but neglected to say they were winter tires (we bought it in June). Service advisor had little to no communication with us even though our car was there for over a week. Service manager tried to make things right, but it was too little too late. Lithia went above and beyond! I was in a bind. Truck troubles were hindering me from going on a planned camping trip. I called and talked to Jason in service who amazingly got me a I was in a bind. He went above and beyond to help determine the problems my truck was having, teamed up with service and stayed past closing on a holiday weekend to get me back on the road safely.
