At first I thought she was the receptionist, but later realized she was a salesperson. During the test drive Sage showed excellent communication and conversation skills. She was quick to build rapport and find common ground with me. After the test drive Sage was quick to inspect my trade-in and went over any defects found. She was respectful of my privacy during the inspection, asking if she could open the glove box and trunk before doing it. Back at her "desk" she made easy small talk while taking down my insurance and other information. After three rounds of negotiations we were able to come to a fair deal on the trade-in and Jaguar. Sage even went above and beyond by calling my insurance for me to determine what limits I had and texting me a copy of my insurance card. That Saturday I came back to take delivery of my new pre-owned Jaguar and Sage had again gone above and beyond by having the shop check it out and then test driving it herself before I arrived. Sage is one of the best car salespeople I have dealt with. She made it easy and pleasant, wasn't forceful but didn't give up the sale when I made a move for the exit. I would recommend her to be promoted ahead of her peers. Nate was also a cool finance guy. Overall, my buying experience at Lithia was one of the fastest, smoothest, and most pleasant car buying experience yet. This was my eighth car I've bought and I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else. WARNING: incompetent and they don't care! About two months ago I bought a new truck from this dealer. Easiest sale ever for them - I had researched them online, knew what I wanted, didn't ha About two months ago I bought a new truck from this dealer. Easiest sale ever for them - I had researched them online, knew what I wanted, didn't haggle on the price, just picked it out and bought it. I should have looked at these reviews first and saw how they treat their customers (they don't even address the Yelp comments). I decided to finance it, so they gave me a sheet with loan rates on it and had me select my terms (months/ amount down). The sales person went away and got the paperwork started. When I got into closing, the finance manager had changed (increased) the rate and didn't point it out. The crazy thing is that he increased the number of months from what I requested, which increased the rate. This didn't even benefit the dealer, it just screwed me over! When I noticed it (after signing the papers), I asked him to change it and he said it would be too much effort to redo the paperwork (and save me $800). I tried to reach the GM, but he wouldn't respond to VM or email. More
