I was afraid I wasn't going to get bring it home because of the service guys going home early but James was able to convince one of the guys to come back in.. Huge shout to the guy that came back to work to make sure I could drive it home Saturday night!! Anyway, I was referred to Lithia by DONNA PRATT and MORGANN DELGADO. It would be nice if there was a gift or something for them as I wouldn't have even considered Lithia if it wasn't for them. I actually was heading to Thrifty Auto Sales to buy a Latitude when Donna suggested we check out Lithia. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will recommend Lithia to anyone looking for a new car. 🙂 More

Got there and after an hour wait somebody came out into the waiting room and told us the Airbag recall appointment made. 125 mi.one way drive for fix. Got there and after an hour wait somebody came out into the waiting room and told us they didn't have the part. Talked to the service mgr. and the general mgr.and was promised a call when part was available. Never heard a word. 6 months later went to Dave Smith for fix. Don't waste your time or money with this outfit, they're just hot air. More

I ordered the truck and over the 7 week process Jason never wavered or acted like I was a bother with the many detailed questions I asked. The truck was delivered to the dealership and when I picked it up the sales paper work was smooth and painless. We financed through our credit union, not through the dealership, yet Emily in finance/closing paper work treated us like family. Great experience. And oh by the way the truck looked awesome. I would definitely recommend Lithia Ram of Spokane to any friend or family member. More
Terrible Service Experience Absolutely awful service department. We took my 7-year-old son's 2014 Dodge Caravan wheelchair van (50,000 miles on it) here after it started leaking Absolutely awful service department. We took my 7-year-old son's 2014 Dodge Caravan wheelchair van (50,000 miles on it) here after it started leaking both motor oil and red fluid. Wasted 90 dollars to have them deny it was even leaking. Lost more fluid, brought back again, charged another $150 to say "oops yes there is a leak." Had to order a part, meanwhile we continued driving the van because it is the only method of transport for my son. Just before the third appointment, the check engine light comes on and it starts having trouble shifting into higher gears. I'm relieved to bring it to the appointment, assuming they will address this light and potential transmission issue, seeing as it took multiple visits to even get any diagnosis and the light may be very well related to the leak that has been going on so long... NOPE... all they focus on is putting that one part in, and are "willing" to check for leaks again, as if it's something extra. I was told it's another $130 to run the code for the check engine light, and highly discouraged to even have them look at it. No addressing the transmission at all, even though it's under warranty. I tried to ask questions about the possibility of the engine light's relationship to the original leaking and got nowhere. Not only did I waste money because they couldn't manage to even find the leak for 2 visits, but they don't care at all to make sure the problems are solved now. If it weren't for the van being under warranty I would never, ever take it here, and I sure won't be taking it to this particular dealership again. It is upsetting enough to have to get the van into the dealership for day, let alone multiple times, and then to have my questions dismissed. If you are too busy and inexperienced to handle a vehicle, it would be much better to be upfront and refer to another dealership that does have the time and skill to help. More
