Need refresher course in Customer Service Recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Tri Cities Lithia and unfortunately had a mechanical problem about 25 miles out of Spokane. When calling the roads Recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Tri Cities Lithia and unfortunately had a mechanical problem about 25 miles out of Spokane. When calling the roadside assistance # we were told a tow truck would be dispatched but needed to contact the Spokane Lithia Dealership to schedule a loaner while our truck would be towed/repaired there. When calling the Spokane dealership at 3:45 on a Saturday the first thing out of the Woman's mouth was "you will need to get here before 5:00" we explained that the tow truck company said it could take 90 minutes to get there. The lady explained she would talk to her Service Manager and call back. In the mean time I called a relative to come get me so I could get to Lithia as soon as possible before they closed (also tow truck would not take our dogs in their truck). I received another call an hour later (4:42) from Spokane Lithia same Woman telling me the Service Manager says nothing he can do they are closing at 5:00 they would not wait for me to get there. Again I asked to speak with Service Manager she said she would have him call back. Never heard from him. This is on a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday in the Service Department. I called Lithia of Tri- Cities and spoke with Clayton. Clayton listened to our situation and was quick to have a solution. Clayton had a car delivered to us in Spokane the next morning so that we would have transportation. Now THAT is Customer Service. My Husband and I are so very grateful for the Customer Service we received from Clayton at the Tri Cities Lithia. We have bought 3 cars from this location for a reason. Spokane Lithia could learn from them. More

Ram 1500 27k pile of crap Bought a certified used 1500 ram from them. The oil filter came loose 3 times, it knocks like a diesel when it is warming up, it only had 32k miles on Bought a certified used 1500 ram from them. And I love the dodge more than any of the others by far. Unfortunately I saddened by how I was treated at lithia chrysler jeep ram dodge spokanes on north newport highway in spokane, wa. The service representative Brian made my visit a nightmare, he yelled at my brother, quoted me 100 dollars cheaper than what the actual cost was. Then after paying to get a new key cut and programmed my car wouldnt even start. Then Brian lied to me and said he started it but when I talked to the other mechanics they stated they never got it to actually fire up. My brother expressed his concern with Brian, and Brian then yelled at him made rude comments and made it a point to tell my brother Jerry he (Brian) had been working 6 days and he aint putting up with this shi*. I went home that day with no car no answers and no one to even get an explanation from. I waited 2 days to come back I wanted to give time for them th cool down. I went back 3 days later and Brian agreed to have my car looked at to make sure the key wasnt the problem at no charge Brian even stated this. 3 days after that I called to see what was going on and Brian got on the phone and said my ignition was out. I told Brian thats not possible . Brian said a new ignition was starting at 250 dollars. I was more upset because i knew the ignition did not need to be replaced. I know my car plus Im a mechanic. Brian said i could come get my car. So i did the next day and they tried to charge me 150 dollars to diagnose my car. That still wouldnt start and I even informed them theyre diognoses was incorrect. Rob johnson got e on the phone because i couldnt pay the 150. Rob told me how terrible of a person I was and he didnt like me and xxxx never work on my car again.He called me a punk. Lithia Dodge I am humiliated and feel like I visited a gypsy carlot was scammed cheated and humiliated. More
