I am very pleased with the personnel in Sales, Parts, and Service. They are knowledgeable and friendly. However when I leave a phone message for a call back, I have yet to get a call back within 24-hours... very aggravating. I always have had to call again the following day which is contrary to all my other experiences with Lithia support. 3 times over the past year this has been a disappointment. But this is minor compared to all other factors and I would recommend Lithia based on my experiences. More

SCAMS!!!! Liers!!!! I bought a truck from them and they refused to cancel the deal when I discovered they slid in gap insurance. They said it was not being charged and " I bought a truck from them and they refused to cancel the deal when I discovered they slid in gap insurance. They said it was not being charged and "worked in to the deal" when I questioned it. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork....I noticed that I was indeed charged it and was put in to my payment. They did more than happily to refund the money when called out that this was illegal. But, I don't trust them!!! I want the deal canceled and they next said it was impossible. But, other large, reputable dealerships have this in their policy. I would think that Lithia would want to have exceptional customer service....Boy was I wrong!!!!!! Lie, cheat, try to hid things.....they didn't even give me a copy of my gap insurance or tell me it was refundable. More
