George was the salesman we were greeted with when we arrived on the lot. He listened to exactly what our needs were and didn’t try to sell us anything that didn’t meet those needs. The finance experience was smooth, in fact they were able to get us a better interest rate than the one quoted which was a great surprise when we signed the paperwork in finance. We will definitely be purchasing our sons first car from here in about a year!!! More

Worst service ever Had to take my Jeep back in multiple times for same issue. It was in shop for over ten weeks. Checked it in once and it sat in parking lot for 8 day Had to take my Jeep back in multiple times for same issue. It was in shop for over ten weeks. Checked it in once and it sat in parking lot for 8 days until I called for progress report. No one had checked it in. Phone rarely answered or transferred to voice mail. Return calls were impossible. Last repair took five weeks. I called the general manager to voice my dissatisfaction and he let his service dept manager call me back even though he was the reason I was calling. Wrote him a letter in May and have never heard back. They could care less but I do. Don’t go to lithia in Spokane!!! More

However the detail of the car being clean due to the construction behind the dealership, DETAILS are important , the car was delivered to us not so clean. that was not a good clean new car dust everywhere. Another car dealership living up to their bad reputation Beware of the Lithia dealership in Spokane, WA. Extremely bad customer service, from the top down! I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Lithia in M Beware of the Lithia dealership in Spokane, WA. Extremely bad customer service, from the top down! I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Lithia in May with the understanding that I would receive license plates in the mail. I live in Bellingham, WA. Two weeks before my temporary was to expire, I texted the salesman, asking for new temp registration, as mine was going to expire soon. He said not to worry, that the DMV was just slow. Last Tuesday, six days before my temp registration was to expire I texted the salesperson again. He said they are being sent to me via UPS overnight express and that I would have them by Friday. I got no license plates on Friday. I texted the salesperson requesting a tracking number. I got no response. I got no plates on Saturday. I called the dealership on Saturday, the day before my temp registration was to expire, and left a voicemail. I got no reply. That same day, fearing that I would be left without the ability to drive my new van, I went to the DMV. The DMV told me that the plates and registration were issued to the dealer a week and a half ago. I had no choice but to report to the DMV that they were lost and pay for replacement plates. The dealership had the plates for a full week before sending them to me, but only after my repeated requests. When they were sent, it incorrectly addressed, despite the fact that the have sent me mail before. The plates finally arrived after the expiration of the temps. On Monday, I placed a call to the dealership and spoke to the general manager. All I got from him was excuses. Then he hung up on me. The management does not care about the customer after the sale. First (But Not Last) Experience With Lithia Dodge Upon arriving at Lithia I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by Sage. At first I thought she was the receptionist, but later realized she was a sa Upon arriving at Lithia I was immediately and pleasantly greeted by Sage. At first I thought she was the receptionist, but later realized she was a salesperson. During the test drive Sage showed excellent communication and conversation skills. She was quick to build rapport and find common ground with me. After the test drive Sage was quick to inspect my trade-in and went over any defects found. She was respectful of my privacy during the inspection, asking if she could open the glove box and trunk before doing it. Back at her "desk" she made easy small talk while taking down my insurance and other information. After three rounds of negotiations we were able to come to a fair deal on the trade-in and Jaguar. Sage even went above and beyond by calling my insurance for me to determine what limits I had and texting me a copy of my insurance card. That Saturday I came back to take delivery of my new pre-owned Jaguar and Sage had again gone above and beyond by having the shop check it out and then test driving it herself before I arrived. Sage is one of the best car salespeople I have dealt with. She made it easy and pleasant, wasn't forceful but didn't give up the sale when I made a move for the exit. I would recommend her to be promoted ahead of her peers. Nate was also a cool finance guy. Overall, my buying experience at Lithia was one of the fastest, smoothest, and most pleasant car buying experience yet. This was my eighth car I've bought and I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else.
