Sales personnel is great,but buyers from out of state beware I'm from CA. Was traveling and needed to change my vehicle. Overall negotiation process went almost great all the way, except one time Manager did pre I'm from CA. Was traveling and needed to change my vehicle. But I was not alerted in front of the deal that WA state law gives only 3 DAYS Temporary Driving Permit! Only after the deal was done I was introduced to that fact. Also was suggested to prolong it in Idaho DMV, but there I got rejected. Eventually made temp permit in MT. More

Brand New Car! I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Stevers as a salesman and he had wonderful service! I wanted to purchase a new car and didn’t have much dow I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Stevers as a salesman and he had wonderful service! I wanted to purchase a new car and didn’t have much down for a down payment nor a high monthly payment. So the first car I wanted to get was out of my price range and Patrick worked with me until I was able to get into a car with a comfortable monthly payment! Feeling very deceived and frustrated. Dealer says that they have not set out to mislead but that is exactly what happened here. When someone tells me that they have spoken with a Chrysle Dealer says that they have not set out to mislead but that is exactly what happened here. When someone tells me that they have spoken with a Chrysler rep and they say that there will be not problem getting a total loss rebate listed by another dealership I trust that the answer is good. I don't expect that I as the customer will have to find out after a week that the people that said this had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. I trusted that someone had followed up after my numerous frustrations trying to contact jeep , first salesman had said in a text that he was waiting for a call back from the rep. When I was told I would have no issue I just needed to call Jeep on Monday I was under the impression that the rep called him back. We decided to look at the vehicle they had in the lot after we were talking to original salesman about different car and never told they were not on the lot. My husband liked the one he got however knowing that we would have no issue getting this loss rebate, helped make the decision even though it was a bit more , instead of leaving. We talked about going and starting the search over but knowing that we had been treated fairly in the past made us stay. The whole sales team, management, customer service, finance and dealer reps need to have a training lesson on not speaking about things you don't understand, and find out the answer instead, not misleading the customer to believe that the homework was done! They are not doing me a favor by selling me the car, I rewarded them with my loyalty because I had been treated fairly in the past. I am so disappointed that this has been such a huge disappointment and frustrating experience, Lithia customer service needs a major upgrading. Including the lithiacares customer service at the corporate office. What good does a customer service department do if they just leave it to the original dealership to make the decision even after the dealership lies to keep themselves from looking bad. I asked several times for another contact to look at the whole situation (emails and texts), they will not give me another way to communicate the frustration only the GM at the dealership? More
