Both times that we have gone to Lithia Chrysler it has been poor customer service. If I could I would have given it zero stars. We have a lifetime oil service and have gone to Lithia HONDA in Medford, Or been poor customer service. If I could I would have given it zero stars. Great service. Anna was not pushy or tried any of the greasy car salesmen tricks. Very upfront and easy to deal with. She offered to drive the 32 miles North to Our house to fix it. The service she provided was so impressive, my wife and I drove halfway back to save HER some time. It’s a good thing we got Anna to help us. Had I gotten stuck with Eric I would of left. What a xxxxx. That’s why it’s 4 of 5 stars. We were still in ear shot of that wanker. It was perfect. He understood that I had a set price range and did everything he could to make sure I walk out with a car. We looked at one car and we’re getting ready to buy however he knew I wasn’t 10 range and did everything he could to make sure I walk out with a car. We looked at one car and we’re getting ready to buy however he knew I wasn’t 100% so went outside and came back with a car I fell in love with. He spent two hours talking to his managers and then talking to us to make sure we can afford it and leave with it the next time. The whole time we didn’t feel uncomfortable. We talked and laughed through out the whole process! More

Over and above expectations Stopped in to have a running light bulb changed, was out of there in minutes. Tony and the mechanic were awesome!! They do a great job with my Ram. Beware of this dealership. I just bought a used pickup from Lithia Chrysler. The TPS sensor light was on when we test drove it and was told that it would be taken care of while we were doing paperwork. Af from Lithia Chrysler. The TPS sensor light was on when we test drove it and was told that it would be taken care of while we were doing paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and as we were walking out the door, we were informed that the sensors were missing and that is was an inexpensive fix. Lithia is refusing the fix the problem. Shady dealings going on here. More
