I've bought enough vehicles and worked at a dealer, so I had an idea of how it goes. My experience was positive. I found the truck I liked online and went from there. Finance was done in 30 minutes, a far c had an idea of how it goes. My experience was positive. I found the truck I liked online and went from there. Finance was done in 30 minutes, a far cry from the old days of waiting hours to print out forms. No up sale, no hidden dealer fees, no back and forth, and everyone was realistic. Finance has direct lines to credit unions which is a definite plus to get loans done. Everyone did their job and it all went well. More

After the sale you are completely forgotten about. Was told service would be contacting me, even had a follow up phone call, still haven’t heard from anyone. Have asked for my salesman to contact me twice told service would be contacting me, even had a follow up phone call, still haven’t heard from anyone. Have asked for my salesman to contact me twice, still waiting... Had a bad experience selling a vehicle with this dealership, told my salesman about my previous experience and he assured this experience would be different, well it hasn’t been. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Have bought serval other vehicles with other Lithia, two with Subaru and one with another Ram dealer, always a great experience. Lithia Ram of Spokane just can’t seem to get it right. More
