Came in for a transmission shifting concern and was told by the Customer Service rep there was not Software update available to help. Reading online found others with a simular issue and an update resolved. by the Customer Service rep there was not Software update available to help. Reading online found others with a simular issue and an update resolved. I decided to proceed having a Tech review and sure enough located a PCM update to fix erratic shifting. The update made a big difference. Not clear why Customer Service could not see available updates but regardless was treated extremely well during and after my visit. Also, recieved a free Uber drive home while the vehicle would wait for the Tech. Thanks for the friendly and welcoming service. More

I was told that the young lady who walked me through the video of my inspection is a new employee. I would have never guessed that because she was so professional. She recommended a few things and showed me on my car what didn't need to be done at this time. I was then in text communication with my service advisor on what I wanted. All optional. I LOVED it. This is a wonderful idea. It covers my butt and it covers yours. I loved being consulted even though i wasn't there. It gives me so much more confidence in the dealerships' service department. There isn't any "he said, she said" conversations. Thank you, keep it up. More
