Recall on a 2015 Dodge Ram Big Horn Crew cab Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they c Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they can maintain, due to the fact that they Combined 2 dealerships and brands into one service department. They need a larger service area with more certified mechanics. This is the first positive experience I have had with the Lithia service department in years hope it continues. Tony got my truck in and out in a day with a very large job that needed to be done, which was appreciated as I was leaving town the following day. Tony also contacted mid way thru the day to inform me of the status of my truck ( even though he was slammed with other customers) as he said he would when I dropped off my truck. The other thing I would like to see fixed is when they brought my truck around to me the service technician did not have a plastic seat cover on my drivers seat, luckily there was no grease stains on my seat. But overall best experience I have had with Lithia service Department in years, thanks again Tony for the great service. More

The level of customer service I have received over those years solely I have had my Ram truck for 10 yrs now purchased and serviced at Lithia Dodge. The level of customer service I have received over those years solely with Tony Allen in the service department has exceeded expectation. Tony has always been up front and honest with the service work done and time needed to complete it. He communicates effectively and is the sole reason I service my truck with this department. I plan to purchase a new Ram this year and half the reason why I will do so is because of the good quality customer service I have gotten from this dealership.
