Exceptional Customer Service A little more than a year ago I became a Lithia customer, as I had heard of their quality reputation from other friends. I now have both a renewed co A little more than a year ago I became a Lithia customer, as I had heard of their quality reputation from other friends. I now have both a renewed confidence in the vehicle that I am driving and an immense trust in the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department, as they consistently contact me when any type of scheduled maintenance is required for my truck. Recently my faith in the Lithia service department was fully sealed when I brought an anomalous issue to their attention ~ a defective tire that blew, from sidewall to sidewall, while traveling with my family to Denali. The tires had a total of 19,000 miles on them, so in my mind, there was now a safety concern regarding all of the tires as they could be potentially defective. Understandably, Lithia was under no obligation to assist me with this issue, but because they wanted to ensure my safety and peace of mind, they made the decision to replace all of the tires at a minimal cost. And, to go one step further, they provided a rental car so we could run errands in town during the tire change-over because the shuttle service was unavailable on weekends. Clayton McCurdy (the Express Lane Manager) ensured that our concerns were resolved during this entire process and we greatly appreciate the professionalism and compassion that he extended to us. Lithia continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I am driving a safe and reliable vehicle, which for me, has solidified their quality service reputation. There is no doubt that I will continue to return to Lithia for any of my vehicle needs, as I truly know that they have both mine and my family’s safety and best interest at heart. More

Oil Change - Above and Beyond I dropped my truck off for it's regularly scheduled oil change. The right rear turn-signal needed replaced since February but I financially wasn't ab I dropped my truck off for it's regularly scheduled oil change. The right rear turn-signal needed replaced since February but I financially wasn't able to do so. When I picked up my truck I noticed on the drive home the blinker was working. When I got home, there was a note on the bottom of the vehicle inspection sheet - Changed out right rear blinker on me. Have a great rest of your day. Shane.
