Outstanding Service Advisor (Kenny Ellert) Want to say Thanks to Kenny Ellert,, you ever try moving after being in the same spot for 30 years, Kenny's Team went out of there way to equipment my Want to say Thanks to Kenny Ellert,, you ever try moving after being in the same spot for 30 years, Kenny's Team went out of there way to equipment my Ram 1500 Sport with air lift bag system traveling through Anchorage to purchase a Cargo Trailer,also rotated the tires & oil change & got me into a rental car with my Maintenance Plan, buy this, its worth it., they take care of there loyal customers. The Team is like your Best Friends, Kenny always has pointed me in the right direction for service & his Knowledge of the Best trucks on the Alaska roads, the Dodge Hemi truck. The following day after another 200 miles, Just traveling through anchorage, I called to install custom tow hooks, he replied, bring it by, I was out of there in two hours, again the team helped me unhook a cargo trailer, & proceeded with the work. Its really noticeable to see a team working together that is willing & Able to provide there customers with the service that one wants. Thanks again Lithia. Asked how soon I could bring in my vehicle and was able to bring it in within just a couple days! brought my truck in early the morning of and had it back in just a few short hours. Unprofessional We took our Jeep Wrangler to a local , highly recommended Transmission shop because we had a hard shift between First and Second gears, the tranny sho We took our Jeep Wrangler to a local , highly recommended Transmission shop because we had a hard shift between First and Second gears, the tranny shop inspected the vehicle and determined that it needed the computer replaced because there was no evidence that there was an internal tranny problem as the diagnostic codes indicated. The computer is a dealer only part. We took it to South Lithia then the Lithia service department called and told us the tranny needs an overhaul, plus a new radiator and steering shock, $3700.00 later we picked the Jeep up only to find that we still have the hard shift between first and second gears, we took it back to the tranny shop that had originally inspected it and when put on the diagnostic machine, it showed the same codes indicating the tranny was overheating. We spoke with the service manager who said the problem was the overdrive clutch was burnt and to bring it back so they can see what was wrong now. I researched to find that a burnt overdrive clutch would have no impact on the first to second shift. Lithia kept the Jeep all day then called and said they couldn't find a problem and diagnostic didn't pull up any codes.We picked it up and when we drove it, we found that we still have the same hard shift between first and second, have contacted customer relations at the corporate office and are currently waiting for a call back. At this point, we have no confidence in this service department and feel that we should get our money back. More

It was very nice to receive updates on when the vehicle would be done, so as to manage my expectations, etc. Overall, the customer experience for me appeared to be proactively managed, taken seriously, and delivered with a pleasant presentation.
