Truck was stolen, got me back on the road Got my truck towed to Lithia after it was recovered by the police. The door handle had been sawed off and the steering column had been torn out. Worked with Landon and Clayton to get it back in operable shape. They did a fantastic job, even fully detailing it before they returned it to me. They did have it for a couple of months however, as a refurbished steering column had been hard to come by. I drove it for a couple weeks and brought it back for a dead battery issue ( something had caused a phantom draw on the battery ) and when service hooked it up they said there were over 30 error codes coming up. On a side note I've worked with Kenny ever since I bought the truck in 2006 and the service has always been great. More

Remarkable I would not go to any other dealer when it comes to caring for my jeep. I have yet to see another dealership care for my vehicle the way I do. They take every specific detail I request in order to achieve a great result. Being I own a Jeep Wrangler I do a all of my own work on it, but I let the guys at the dealership do all of my oil changes, because well a lifetime oil change program beats the cost of doing it yourself pretty quickly. In addition to this if I ever have a concern they are quick to diagnose it for me. I will only purchase vehicles from this dealership solely on the customer service and expertise they supply. More
