I had taken my car to other dealerships and had no luck getting approved for anything in the price range of the type of car that I wanted. But to my surprise I ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Jeep . David Dowd did a GREAT job just being patient with me and powering through all the little things that just kept popping up. Customer Service was Refreshing!! Patrick was very helpful and friendly! He made the entire experience feel seamless and easy. He is all about helping the customer get the deal! We walked in an hour before closing and he didn't get to leave until eleven that evening. He did it all with a smile and his customer service never waned. I would recommend him to anyone.
