After shopping around for a week and not finding exactly what I wanted, I called Lithia and spoke with William "Billy" Ledbetter. They didn't have anything on the lot that fit my wants so he asked if I give him some time and let him search. An hour later, Billy called me back and found exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle wasn't at their lot so we made an appointment for the next day so he could get it delivered for me to take a test drive. When we arrived, the minivan was waiting for us and it was just what we were looking for. The team at Lithia went out of their way to bring the price within our budget and even honored my request for new mats and a full tank of gas!
