New Proud Ram Owner This is my 1st review so bare with me. I honestly did not show up expecting to buy a vehicle. My boys and I were there 15 minutes before anyone came This is my 1st review so bare with me. I honestly did not show up expecting to buy a vehicle. My boys and I were there 15 minutes before anyone came out, which was a nice change. It gave me time to get my head around the different truck packages and price. Robert came out and instead of throwing a sales pitch at me asked me what brought me there and what was I looking for. His next questions after my explanation told me he had actually listened. He took me over to the vehicle he thought I would be interested in, I test drove it, and 5 hours later I drove out of the dealership with it! Honestly that was a 1st for me. Anyway, Robert even made an honest effort in making sure my boys (6 and 4) were entertained. I still can't believe how smoothly it all went. Alex did an outstanding job taking care of me and ensuring I got the best APR and trade-in value. Even signing the paperwork seemed easier!
