2014 Jeep - Sahara I have had two car experiences before I went to this dealership. I hated both...so I dreaded having to trade my Ford Escape because I hated the entire process of buying a car. It takes forever and the dealer usually gives me the run around. I am thankful that Robert Ezzell made the process easy for me and was by far a lot better than my past experiences with car dealers. I did not leave the dealership with a migraine/headache!!! I am very happy with my new Jeep Wrangler - Sahara 2014! Everyone at work loves it and my friends in the lower 48 love the fact that it has bumper to bumper lifetime warranty!!! More

Josh Taylor and Mike Miskinis both helped me get the Jeep I wanted for a fair price. I went in knowing what I wanted and spent just about two hours at the dealership getting the financing completed, the options I wanted and having the vehicle brought in from Wasilla. New durango Sales reps were great, very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. They even found a couple options for me to help me save a little extra green. Went in with the expectation of the typical pushy sales guy showing up but Rob was very courteous and helpful he even took the time after his shift was over to help me move all my belongings from the vehicle I traded in. Then Alex was great and even caught a typo in the process and was able to handle it quickly and efficiently. Alex was very thorough and explained the benefits of all the warranties and protection plans in a way that made it very easy to understand and even pointed out a few items on the vehicle that were covered that I hadn't expected to be included. Overall, it was a far better experience than I had expected which was a huge relief considering this was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership especially since it was my first new car purchase.
