The financing process took far longer than it should have, even with my bank pre-approval; took approx 4 hours when it should have only taken 1 or 2 max. If that could have been sped up, my experience would have been perfect. Thomas Cook was great to work with and tried his best, while still being new, to make it a positive experience for us both! More
