They didn't keep their word.. I got Jeep Grand Cherokee from them . When it was time to buy the car everybody was so eager to sell it and was helpful. I asked them to get winter ti I got Jeep Grand Cherokee from them . When it was time to buy the car everybody was so eager to sell it and was helpful. I asked them to get winter tires andI paid for it upfront. I also asked if I could get wheel locks and get my tires with wheel spacers. I was told they'll make an appointment and give me a call. I was waiting for 2 weeks to get the call. I never did. (remember I had already paid for it) . I emailed them , with no response. I called them 3 times during a day , with no response from them. I finally went to the dealership so atleast they'll get things done. They kept on scooting me from one person to the other without any one person taking responsibility of the job. Later they told me to come 3 days later to get it done(to get winter tires) I was never provided with wheel locks or wheel spacers . I call this simply " xxxxxxxxx" ... they would butter you so you buy the car but they are not at all good service providers later. It almost felt they had no value for their words which made just spoiled the whole experience. More

I spoke with Julie and told her the features I was looking for. With that information, she arranged for a Ram Laramie with my desired specifications to be waiting for me upon arrival. I worked with a team of salesmen, Walter, Isaiah and Sean. All were very knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. After the first test drive, I had found my new Ram Truck. While there was some expected haggling, it was not too painful. Matthew in Finance was very informative and efficient. He made me aware of available options and warranties, but was not pushy. Overall a very good experience. This is our third vehicle from Lithia Chrystler Jeep Ram Dodge. I would recommend them to anyone. More
