Worst dealership ever. We have had 2 terrible experiences buying 2 different cars. I’m sorry I gave them a second chance. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler less than a year ago. They promised to correct the ch buying 2 different cars. I’m sorry I gave them a second chance. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler less than a year ago. They promised to correct the check engine light that was on when purchased. Took 2 attempts and repairs were not done properly. This vehicle has been in the repair shop more than my drive in the time we have owned it. Same issue reoccurred again and they now want $1500 to correct something that should have been fixed when we bought it. Anyone need a used jeep because I am DONE with this one AND Lithia Jeep. More

The used car tactics I experienced were unethical. I offered a price on a used vehicle and told them I was probably not going to trade in my current vehicle ...but they could give me a trade price for m offered a price on a used vehicle and told them I was probably not going to trade in my current vehicle ...but they could give me a trade price for my review. They accepted my price and gave me lower than acceptable trade. When i responded that i would just sell my car myself and be in to pay for the vehicle, i was told they couldn't sell to me without the trade. They had too much into the vehicle and were going to take a loss if they did that. They should have never offered a sales price that they could not accept independently, especially since I was clear I would probably not trade in. Very disappointing. Do your research and don't be a victim of the 1980's used car tactics. More

They were great especially Marc who is a internet salesman right up to the sale. Then once the deal was done they became hard to get in touch with and non-responsive when I was able to reach them. salesman right up to the sale. They owe me a refund and I'm am still waiting. Might be worth the drive to Albuquerque next time! More

Wouldn't trust these guys!!! All they want is your $$$$$. Rude and completely unhelpful. Needed a part for my 05 Dodge 3500. Talked to parts department but part is no longer available so suggested $$$$$. Rude and completely unhelpful. Needed a part for my 05 Dodge 3500. Talked to parts department but part is no longer available so suggested to go aftermarket. Got the part number and did exactly that. When it showed up ....... not for my truck!!!!. Talked to Cory, GM at that dealership, what a rude and unprofessional person. All he would say is "didn't sell it to you" ...... jerk. No responsibility for his people providing me mis-information. No apologies nothing...... They Cost me $200. Can't return the item. Go there at your own risk. More

Roger Mendiola has made the Lithia Service Department efficient again! I would dread having to call for service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee!
