Wouldn't trust these guys!!! All they want is your $$$$$. Rude and completely unhelpful. Needed a part for my 05 Dodge 3500. Talked to parts department but part is no longer available so suggested $$$$$. Rude and completely unhelpful. Needed a part for my 05 Dodge 3500. Talked to parts department but part is no longer available so suggested to go aftermarket. Got the part number and did exactly that. When it showed up ....... not for my truck!!!!. Talked to Cory, GM at that dealership, what a rude and unprofessional person. All he would say is "didn't sell it to you" ...... jerk. No responsibility for his people providing me mis-information. No apologies nothing...... They Cost me $200. Can't return the item. Go there at your own risk. More

Roger Mendiola has made the Lithia Service Department efficient again! I would dread having to call for service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee! Went to Lithia Chrysler Santa Fe to buy a Jeep Compass Trailhawk and had an AWESOME experience!!! We requested Robert (Marc) Nussbaumer as our sales person and he totally delivered. He asked us what we we Trailhawk and had an AWESOME experience!!! We requested Robert (Marc) Nussbaumer as our sales person and he totally delivered. He asked us what we were looking for and what bells and whistles we wanted and had 2 vehicles picked out with keys in hand in less than 15 minutes. We went on our test drives and chose our new Jeep. Two hours later we were driving home in our new Jeep. Marc is a No Pressure, No Nonsense guy and treated us like we were family. The Finance Manager Mark Naranjo was also Awesome!! Lithia offers a serice appt two weeks away, saying they are busy. Yeah sure. Glad I bought a jeep from them. fyi, the online booking system doesn't work either and is full of lies, like you don't need an appt for oil service. You do. I'm must be a fool to have bought another wrangler from this bunch. I suppose the reason they are busy is the poor quality of so much of the wrangler systems. More
