Met with Mark Naranjo to test drive a Jeep Mojave. Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for Mark to return to Told him that it was significantly low on gas. We then had to drive to a gas station and sat at the pump for 20 minutes waiting for Mark to return to the vehicle. At that point we had decided we would rather test drive a Willy’s. He was instant that we continue our test drive with the Mojave, without filling up with gas, so we did. On our return back to the dealership, we ran out of gas! A quarter of a mile away from the dealership Mark says to leave the vehicle and that we’ll walk back to the dealership. As we’re walking back, uphill, he starts asking about credit scores. Then flat out tells us that because of our scores that we will not qualify for a loan at all (credit score not that terrible!). This was an extremely uncomfortable situation and could’ve been completely avoidable. I would not recommend this salesman to anyone! More
Lithia and their employees are coached to lie , they offer poor service. The service department manager is without a doubt a forgetful man that is not capable of running his department. I had worked with service only to ignored and offered a shuttle ride, explaining to them that I am not local to Santa Fe and I use my truck for work. On a shuttle with ATM parts and tools, how does that look pulling up to a bank. More
This dealership false represents and are crooks. Mark Martinez is non responsive, gives false information and lies just to take your money. I do not recommend the service department. I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee two weeks ago for what their initial diagnostic indicated was the need for a new battery. Not only have I not gotten my vehicl my Jeep Grand Cherokee two weeks ago for what their initial diagnostic indicated was the need for a new battery. Not only have I not gotten my vehicle back but I have also not gotten honest information about when it will be actually worked on, Twice - after calling - I have been told that it was going into the service bay when that clearly did not happen. I was also told that it was going to be worked on early last week. I am still without my car and not confident that I can get straight information about when it will be repaired. I have been patient but am now addressing this matter with the NM Attorney General's Consumer Protection division. More
We were interested in 5 different vehicles on their lot and were only able to take 1 for a short, half a block, test drive. 2 of the vehicles they couldn't find and the other 2 were being serviced. We drove the 50 miles back up to Lithia the following day to test drive 2 of the others on our list and 1 was found but we couldn't test drive it because the sales rep didn't know if it was safe to drive. WHAT? I don't understand how they expect to sell vehicles if the prospective buyer can't test drive and look at them in person. More
