Andy met us in in the lot, professionally determining our needs and steering us right to the car we came for. He was patient while we explored our options. Help set up a great deal that worked for us. Finance was smooth and easy, warranty was a no-brainer. I have had lots of experience with the large dealers in Albuquerque and they have bigger lots and fancier showrooms but, after this experience. I will take the drive to Santa Fe, where it is the quality that counts! Cheers Jeepers!! More

These decisions were made before I dropped off the car so I could have a good view of how long it would take. Kim called and said the DEF was low, and should they fill it, or would I. When I picked up the car we discussed what would happen at the next service. That was very helpful. I felt very well cared for. More
SERVICE DEPT: MORE HARM THAN GOOD If i could, I would leave a minus-zero rating. I took my car in for a routine oil change and left with a cracked gasket and broken bolt that I discove If i could, I would leave a minus-zero rating. I took my car in for a routine oil change and left with a cracked gasket and broken bolt that I discovered a week later when oil spot appeared on my driveway. The sealer ring was put on the wrong thread on the gasket leading to over-tightening and cracking. The bolt holding up the pan was just sheared off. Even if you have a lifetime oil change/service contract with LIthia like I do, AVOID them. It has cost me a lot in time and money to repair the damage they did. [If I had any faith they would make it right, I'd have gone back to them but I chose to cut my losses and go to an independent shop (Toy Auto Man) that I could trust.] More
Pretty great service I knew the vehicle I wanted from the USAA web site. When I went in the vehicle was ready. My son and I test drove it where I wanted to go. Crystal baca stayed late after their normal hours so I could take the vehicle to my wife. The finance guy stayed late to. He ran through all the paper work like a pro...and Mr Magnus was Very helpful with my roughty son...I took the vehicle back a day later for a detail and a concern the massive service department jumped on it right away.
