Love the car, not the dealer I love the vehicle I got from this dealership, BUT would not recommend buying from this dealership to anyone: when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, i I love the vehicle I got from this dealership, BUT would not recommend buying from this dealership to anyone: when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it had about 8,000 more miles on it than the listed amount (but the price was still the same). There were numerous scratches, dents and chips all over the car that had not been mentioned over the phone (I was buying from out of town and passing through Sante Fe). Some of these issues weren't noticed until after I had bought the car- the salesman never mentioned them or pointed them out, and said the price couldn't be adjusted anyway because someone wasn't in the office that "had that power"? I was told the car was in great condition, and it wasn't. I didn't check carefully enough, and this dealership didn't shoot me straight and pretended not to have seen a cracked bumper, dented foot rails (Jeep), scratches and missing paint..... Disappointed. Worst Service Department Visit Based on my visit with your service department I am very displeased. My vehicle was inside of your service department for over four hours for an oil c Based on my visit with your service department I am very displeased. My vehicle was inside of your service department for over four hours for an oil change. I walk around the outside of your establishment about 90 minutes into my stay to find my vehicle parked outside and your technicians horse playing. The young blonde female states "we're getting to it" and walks away to continue her conversation on her cell phone. Keep in mind I had other appointments elsewhere that had to be cancelled the day of my visit because of you all. I head back into your lobby at this point, figured I would give your mechanics a chance but something told me to walk outside to check on the status of my vehicle about 20 minutes later. I peek around the corner and my vehicle is being worked on at this point but come to find the young female is standing underneath my vehicle playing on her cell phone, paying no attention to my vehicle for over several minutes. I continue to watch from afar just to notice the on going horseplay and no attention to my vehicle. The entire experience baffles my mind and I have been a long time customer with you all, purchased every vehicle with your dealership for many years. Later on, I get called that my vehicle is finished and the service representative states what needs to be addressed with my vehicle. Coincidence they bring up services that you all recommend that I got serviced not just but one week ago at different shop. Can I trust what you all recommend or are you all out just for the money and to rip off customers? This must be brought up to the attention of management immediately and dealt with attentively. After this visit I am truly taking into consideration to cutting off my lifetime maintenance plan with you all and taking my business elsewhere. How thorough are you mechanics with their inspections? Do they need to be supervised more often so the process can go smooth for everyone? I was not the only angry customer inside of that waiting area by the way. I cannot trust Lithia Service Department any longer. More

Cory and Andy were professional, patient and maintained communication. We established a relationship of friendship and trust. More like family. I was not pressured or convinced to buy a vehicle I didn't want. Most importantly they had a positive attitude throughout for the duration. They knew my expectations and as soon as the opportunity arose, they contacted me. The final numbers were an unbelievable deal! I was sold. I completed the paperwork with Mark who was informative well organized. I give my highest recommendation to Lithia and the sales team of Cory, Andy and Mark. More
