Texted me about a safety recall in July. I called and they said the part was unavailable and they'd contact me again. Called me 7 hours after I dropped it off to tell me the work couldn't be done for 3 to 5 business days because they didn't have the part. And made it sound they they were put out doing me the favor of ordering the part. Then said I could come get my car whenever, and acted all put out when I said don't have a car to come pick up my car. Suggestion to the manager: Have your people schedule safety recall work that requires parts when you have the parts in stock. More

Called multiple times throughout the week to speak to managers, sales people etc. Could not get anyone to actually respond besides text messaging. Truck has a dealer warranty on it and I had to tow it to Missoula Lithia for help. Text message are of no help, Manager was suppose to call me via Tanner Mae (Tanner is on vacation). 5 days not call. I have called every day since and left a message with no response. Very unprofessional would never tell anyone to go to this dealership, FYI-This manager (Chad) is also the manager of Chevrolet of Helena. More
