The staff seemed to work together in unison which as a customer made for a more positive buying experience. Took my 2019 Dodge journey in because it was making a humming or buzzing noise during acceleration they told me it was the power steering pump and it needed replaced and it would take one day in the proc humming or buzzing noise during acceleration they told me it was the power steering pump and it needed replaced and it would take one day in the process of replacing it they broke something on the exhaust and they had my car for almost 3 weeks I get it back it's still making the same noise they replaced something that there was nothing wrong with took it to my own mechanic who told me that it's the start of it having tranny problems gears slipping the noise obviously is happening in between shifting when it disengages one gear and re-engages the next I take it back they've had it for almost another 3 weeks when I stop in to talk to them about it they tell me they don't think the transmission is the problem I've explained to them that it's obviously the transmission when it's disengaging and engaging gears they just keep telling me they're trying to figure it out do not trust lithia service department they will fix parts on your car that are perfectly fine and don't need replaced and ignore the actual problem More

I took my Dodge journey into their service department because it was making a buzzing grinding noise during acceleration they told me that it was my power steering pump which it did not sound like in the because it was making a buzzing grinding noise during acceleration they told me that it was my power steering pump which it did not sound like in the process of replacing that supposedly they broke something on my exhaust and had to replace that initially it was supposed to take one day over 2 weeks later I get my car back and it's still making the same noise I go to my own mechanic and we figure out that it is the transmission it's been over 2 weeks now that I've had it back to them and they still have it and tell me they can't figure out what the problem is even though it obviously makes it grinding sound when it's shifting gears every time through all the gears I don't trust them I'm extremely disappointed in their service departments unprofessional attitude and recommend that nobody deal with them More

The service was done right as far as the oil change. It was disappointing that they didn’t have a headlight in stock for a 2019 2500, and it’s going to be two weeks to get one, especially when I told th It was disappointing that they didn’t have a headlight in stock for a 2019 2500, and it’s going to be two weeks to get one, especially when I told them when I made the appointment it was for the headlight being out. That seems like something they would have had in stock.The other issue is that every time I call the dealership for service, no one ever answers the phone. The last three service appointments I made I had to physically go to the service department to make the appointment. I really love my 2500, it’s been a great truck, and I am currently looking to buy another truck, but I am questioning whether or not to purchase from this dealership because of this difficulty of making appointments and never having the parts needed to make repairs. Every time the truck has needed a part, it’s been at least a two week wait and sometimes longer. That’s unacceptable for a truck that costs $65,000. I want to buy another Ram, and I hope these issues can be resolved, but if not, I will go somewhere else. More
