Taken I was sold a 93 GMC pickup for my son and he got to drive it for maybe 3 weeks. The engine started knocking after a week and a half. I had my mechanic I was sold a 93 GMC pickup for my son and he got to drive it for maybe 3 weeks. The engine started knocking after a week and a half. I had my mechanic check it out and was told it had a failing engine. One out of 8 cylinders had no compression and 2 more were failing. I sent a text to the salesperson and received NOTHING in response. Not a I'm sorry we didn't realize the engine was going, or anything else for that matter. So long story short. I have a 4300.00 paper weight. Yes I bought it as is but I told salesperson that I had just got taken at the lot next door and was trying them this time. Even though it was bought AS IS, I thought my son would have got more than 3 weeks out of the vehicle. This is just one more reason to not trust the car lots in this town. I grew up around my uncles car lots and I know the business, I have worked in it from sales all the way down to lot boy. Because I knew the risk of buying used and it was as is, it took me a few weeks to decide to write this. Signed Just looking for a fair deal More

The mechanic personally called me while I was shopping in Helena to discus an item he found during his inspection. That's personal service. And, when we returned to pick our truck up after the service, Joe would not let us go out on the slippery ice to retrieve the truck, he had the truck brought to the front door. I'd call that attention to detail and great customer service. More

SERVICE & SALES Lithia's Service Department is far above any we have ever used. Our Jeep Patriot (2012) performs like the day we drove it off the showroom floor. 'Pro Lithia's Service Department is far above any we have ever used. Our Jeep Patriot (2012) performs like the day we drove it off the showroom floor. 'Professional Diagnostics, Estimates of Repair, and a Fast Thorough Service Team' best describe our experience, thank you JOSH MERRILL for coordinating it all. Our Jeep ran great for 5 years until I took it to a well known tire dealer who forgot several lug nuts. The Jeep's tire warning may have saved my life and far more damage to the front end and axle. FACT we were so impressed with Lithia, we bought a new 2017 Dodge Ram from NICK RETZ. Whenever possible we use Dealership Servicing because we still drive our 1999 Dodge Ram and the 1999 Jeep Cherokee bought in Alaska nearly 20 years ago! I laughed when I said, "as soon as I can get my husband to drive the hour to Helena, I'd show him a new Ram." JOSH suggested I take a look at the new 2018 and also mentioned great deals on the 2017 Rams. He never pushed (I liked that), he offered to introduce me to a member of your sales team. SALES: That evening, I showed my husband (Dennis) your website, told him about thousands in rebates, and that he had to make a decision before 12/25/2017 when we'd leave on our vacation. We jumped into the '99 Ram the following afternoon. So fortunate for us we were happily greeted by NICK RETZ. After my husband described the 'no-frills' Ram truck he drives, he let Nick know that's what he wanted to see, but he was keeping his '99 Ram. Nick said, "let me go get the truck I think you just described". It was gorgeous (the color I hoped he'd get). Nick invited us for a Test Drive. We both drove a far distance. I announced, "This is the Truck I want, you two hammer out the details after Dennis & I get something to eat." They did, we drove both trucks back to Deer Lodge. Thank you NICK! Thank you LITHIA for the two professionals who made it such a great experience at your Helena dealership. More
