Recall I have all the faith in Lithia Chrysler and their ability to solve my problem with a descent rate. When I walk in the door he calls me Miss Sherri and it just makes me smile. Thanks Josh for taking such good care of me. I've also worked with Howard Reed. He is also #1 in my book. Always takes care of me. Lithia Chrysler, you have two of the most valuable employees I know of. Be good to them so they will stay around to take care of me :) More
Warranty Work A warranty safety recall on my 2012 Dodge required me to go to the dealership for service. The child safety locks on the rear doors would not disenga A warranty safety recall on my 2012 Dodge required me to go to the dealership for service. The child safety locks on the rear doors would not disengage and I periodically get a dash warning that my trailer has become disconnected while not towing anything. I told them about these 2 additional items and asked for an estimate to fix these issues. The rep called me to let me know that the door latches needed replaced at a cost of $633 and that they did not have the parts in stock and that I would need to prepay for the parts. The Trailer Brake module needed to be replaced at a cost of $389. I declined to have the additional work done. I was then informed of a $130 fee for the diagnostic work. I told them the issue I just wanted a cost estimate to fix it. All this and I purchased the Truck brand new here. So much for taking care of your customers. This truck will need replaced in the future and my next dodge will not come from Lithia. More

Bad alternator I took my dodge ram 1500 in there to be diagnosed because it was losing its charge and they tell me that they could fix it for $720 and put an altern I took my dodge ram 1500 in there to be diagnosed because it was losing its charge and they tell me that they could fix it for $720 and put an alternator in it I couldn’t afford the $720 so I took the Dodge down to O’Reilly’s and they bench tested the alternator before I bought a new one and it was just fine so I took my truck back there to have them diagnose it again and they told me will get to it today I waited till the end of the day I called their chatline and they said they’d have someone get back to me and they never did that day so I called him the next morning they said we’re sorry we didn’t Get to it today but will get to it tomorrow for sure so I waited the whole day the next day and they still didn’t get to it I guess inconveniencing me for a week and giving me the wrong diagnostic don’t mean anything to them More

FLAT OUT LIED! Took my Jeep in under warranty while on the way back to SLC from a fishing trip. Had to leave it there and rent a car to get home, an eight hour trip. I was told by a Joe Blakemore that the rental charge would be paid for by the dealer no problem because it was under warranty. The next morning after renting a Chrysler for the trip home the story changed. Now I had to file a claim with Chrysler. Eight weeks later Chrysler says they will not pay the whopping $136. A flat out lie by the dealer. I will never own another Chrysler product. More
It was faster than I expected, staff all friendly. Worst Experience Ever Purchased new vehicle 13 Nov 18. Sat at dealership for 7 1/2 hrs., had to return 2 days later to pickup check for vehicle sold to dealership and get n Purchased new vehicle 13 Nov 18. Sat at dealership for 7 1/2 hrs., had to return 2 days later to pickup check for vehicle sold to dealership and get new vehicle detailed, took 2 more hrs. Had to return a 3rd time because dealership needed us to resign all the paperwork. 45 day sticker ran out 23 Dec, so had to go back in for the 4th time to pickup the title work and personally take to the courthouse to license vehicle. Courthouse said that we were not allowed to bring MSO in as a customer and was turning incident into the State. Purchased several new vehicles, but never encountered such poor customer service. Still have never once been asked if we were satisfied with the new vehicle!!! More
